Using your strengths: We all bring unique giftings to the table that make the company as a whole better. These activities focus on leaning on the strengths of others to complete the task at hand.
Leading well: These series of activities require that you decide who is the best person for the role in order to effectively do each activity. You are given time for redos and pivots so that you are able to evaluate what makes the most sense given the talent on your team.
